1 Introduction & Acceptance

If fe77 discovers, at any point, that a user was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or any subsequent transaction, fe77 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return deposits (net of any winnings paid) in accordance with its underage gambling procedures.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the fe77 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify fe77 promptly of any changes. fe77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fe77 Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fe77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. fe77 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the fe77 Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: PKR 200 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: PKR 500 per transaction.
• Transaction Fees: fe77 charges zero platform fees on deposits and withdrawals. Third-party charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside fe77's control and remain your responsibility.
• Withdrawal Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours.
• Source of Funds: All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted and will result in refund and account review.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

fe77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of any such verification request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fe77 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable across all fe77 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. Accounts under review or restriction are ineligible.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All RNG systems used on the fe77 Platform are independently audited by recognised testing laboratories to verify statistical fairness and compliance with published return-to-player (RTP) percentages.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on fe77's servers, the result recorded on fe77's servers shall be deemed conclusive. fe77's servers constitute the official record of all game outcomes, bet settlements, and account transactions.

• Collusion between players in any live dealer game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Exploiting software bugs or game vulnerabilities to generate winnings is prohibited. Any winnings generated through exploitation will be forfeited.

7 Sports Betting Rules

fe77's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches), and other sports as listed on the Platform. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fe77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

fe77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Chargebacks initiated on any deposit made to the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Request by the account holder to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, fe77 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining account balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
